Purchases and Returns

You can return an item for any reason up to 14 days from receipt of the item for a full refund. We request that all returns be in their original packaging and must not exhibit signs of being worn, mistreated or altered in any way. A full refund will be issued for the item.

Sizing

If the ring you purchased does not fit, we will be happy to size it at no charge with in the first 30 days. Your ring can be sized in full, half or quarter sizes. We recommend you call us toll free at 1-866-RING-18K (1-866-746-4185) and let us send you a ring gauge. We have found this to be the best method to achieving proper size as some gauges vary in size. These gauges are matched to our ring mandrels. You must call for approval to ensure proper shipping procedures and carriers.

Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange your rings with in the first 30 days. You will receive a refund or charged accordingly for the price difference.

Engraving

You can personalize your ring at no charge by having it engraved, in most cases, up to 25 letters including spaces.

Our Guarantee

We will refinish your ring as long as you own it. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will stand behind it for the life time of your proof of ownership. This does not apply to normal wear such as prongs or shanks.
